Sub Account Dashboard: Only Assigned Data

This update enhances data security and streamlines dashboard views by ensuring users see only the data assigned to them.

What’s New?

• Targeted Data Views: Users will now see only their assigned data in widgets, thanks to the "Only Assigned Data" update.

• Clear Permissions Messaging: Widgets with restricted access will display a "Permission Required" message, preventing confusion.

• Automatic Filtering: The system automatically applies filters based on user permissions, making setup easier and more intuitive.

How It Works:

1. Go to Settings: Navigate to Settings -> My Staff.

2. Edit Profile: Find and edit the team member’s profile.

3. Set Data Visibility: In Roles and Permissions, select "Only Assigned Data" for the Data Visibility Scope.

4. Save Changes: Click Save to apply the new settings.
