New Dialer Improvements

We're excited to introduce some enhancements to the Dialer feature in Kraken CRM, making it more efficient for your communication needs.

What’s New:

- Enhanced Search: You can now search for phone numbers using their Friendly name, making it easier to find the number you want.

Bug Fixes:

- Call Secondary Numbers: The dialer can now call all phone numbers associated with a contact.

- Default Assigned Numbers: Calls made by users with assigned phone numbers will now correctly use their assigned number by default.

Why it Matters:

These improvements make the dialer more intuitive, ensuring you can reach your contacts with ease, whether you're reaching out via primary or secondary numbers. Plus, the ability to search by Friendly name simplifies the process of finding the right contact quickly.

How it Works:

- When using the Dialer, simply input a Friendly name or phone number, and the system will locate it for you.

- Rest assured, all numbers linked to your contacts are accessible for calls, and users' assigned numbers are properly utilized by default.
