
Call Failure Reasons Displayed on Dialer
If an outbound call doesn't go through, the error reason will now appear right after the call ends on the dialer. This feature increases transparency and helps you take necessary corrective actions.
What’s New:
Call failure reasons are shown immediately on the dialer after the call ends.
Previously, these reasons were only visible on the conversation screen.
Why it matters:
Seeing the failure reason instantly gives you the information you need to address any issues efficiently and improve your communication processes.
How it works:
Currently available for calls made through the web dialer, including Manual Actions.
