Now, you can easily send documents directly through SMS, ensuring they reach your clients quickly. You also have the option to combine SMS with Email for maximum visibility. Customize your document notifications and create personalized SMS templates for a more tailored experience.

How it Works:

- Set Global Defaults: Go to Documents & Contracts > Settings > Customer Notifications. Choose SMS or Email + SMS as your delivery method.

- Create SMS Templates: Visit Marketing > Snippets to create concise SMS templates.

- Send Documents: Select the preferred channel (Email, SMS, or both) and your template when sending documents individually or via workflows.
