
New Document Decline Features
Now, you can give recipients the option to decline a document, specify reasons, and add personal notes. This new "Declined" status will appear in your Documents & Contracts workflows. We've enhanced our email builder to include Decline Reasons and Detailed Feedback fields for customized messaging. Declined documents are moved to the Archived section and are no longer signed. Access complete decline history, showing who declined, when, and why, right from your dashboard.

- Tracking: View all declined documents in the Archived section and access detailed feedback.
